Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you’d like to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee (of the service total) while no shows result in 100% fee (of the service total).
